I am a digital photographer based in the San Francisco Bay Area, primarily in Napa and Marin Counties.
The first photographs I ever took were as a child on a family trip. I remember waiting for what seemed like weeks for the film to be processed by the lab. It was thrilling to finally see the results. Now, with my (digital) camera, my greatest satisfaction comes from capturing things most people might miss. These might be something familiar that could benefit from deeper scrutiny, or perhaps something small that would be overlooked because of the pace of everyday life. I also enjoy portraying people deeply engrossed in activity.
I have a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, a JD from UC Law SF and have taken formal coursework in Digital Photography.
